Performance

• Excellent manufacturing quality.
• Coil handling capacity up to 500 kg.
• Manipulation of coils placed vertically on the floor, as well as those placed horizontally and vertically above ground level.
• For coils with a diameter ranging from Ø 120 mm to Ø 1270 mm (clamp-arms can open up to 1300 mm).
• For different types of coils, from the most flexible to the most rigid.
• Manual model: rotation angle locked every 90°, 2 lifting speeds (normal and fast), 2 coil gripping speeds, steering wheels.
• Electric lift and grip model, manual rotation and movement: rotation angle locked every 90°, remote control for gripping and placing coils, positioning valve available (precise and smooth load positioning).

Digital Controller

• Large, easy-to-use touch screen with a simple visual display.
• Possible programming for features such as multiple stops, rotation angle, and rotation speed.
• Logbook function recording information such as operating duration, current consumption, number of operations, recorded overloads, and battery status (including deep discharges).
• Display of error messages and the current position/rotation angle.
• Supervisor function to secure access to the control screen.

Safety

• The clamps are designed not to accidentally open.
• Coils can be placed either on the floor or on a pallet.
• The gripping arms are equipped with rubber pads to exert appropriate pressure on the coil and grip it firmly.
• Electric rotation model: coil pivoting only for a lifting height greater than 825 mm, preventing the clamps from touching the floor or the beams.

Maintenance and warranty

• 1-year warranty on parts and labor, 2 years on parts except for wear parts.*
• Maintenance contract on request: service provided by our teams. Subscription possible for new or already in service Manuvit equipment.
